DermaFit Skin-Science Terms & Conditions:

1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website, in-store, and directly with our team, including product sales and clinic treatments. DermaFit reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.

2. Skincare Products

2.1 Product Use Disclaimer
- All DermaFit products are formulated with care, using high-quality ingredients. However, individual results may vary.
- Clients are advised to perform a patch test before full use. DermaFit is not liable for any adverse reactions due to allergies, misuse, or failure to follow usage instructions.
- Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a medical professional if unsure.


2.2 Return Policy

2.2.1 Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (receipt or invoice).
2.2.2 Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products.
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective).
- Products not purchased directly from DermaFit.
2.2.3 Defective Products:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged or defective. Include clear photos for review.
- If approved, exchanges or store credit will be issued.
2.2.4 Return Procedure:
- Email us at info@dermafit.co.za with your full name, order number, and return reason.
- Do not return any items before receiving approval and instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

3. Shipping Policy

3.1 Delivery Time:
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Delivery may take an additional 2–5 working days, depending on location.
3.2 Shipping Fees:
- Clients: Orders of R 1500.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below this amount will incur a flat-rate delivery fee (calculated at checkout).

3.3 Tracking & Delivery:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.

4. Clinic Appointments & Treatment Services

4.1 Booking & Cancellation Policy
- A 10% deposit is required to confirm any booking.
- You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty.
- Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
4.2 Consent & Liability
- All clients must complete a consultation and sign a consent form prior to receiving any treatment.
- DermaFit and its therapists are not liable for skin reactions due to client non-disclosure or failure to follow pre/post-care instructions.
- Clients must follow all provided aftercare protocols.
4.3 Minors
- Treatments on minors (under 18) require a parent or guardian’s consent and supervision during the procedure.

5. Privacy Policy
- Client details are treated with the utmost confidentiality and used only for booking, communication, or order processing.
- We do not share, sell, or distribute personal information to any third parties without your consent.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, designs, and product formulas are the exclusive property of DermaFit and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without express written permission.
