BARRIER BOOTCAMP

Barrier Bootcamp is the foundation of skin fitness. This phase restores hydration, repairs the skin barrier, calms inflammation, and rebuilds tolerance. It corrects damage caused by over-exfoliation, aggressive treatments, acne medications, environmental stress, or poor skincare habits. Healthy barrier function is essential before introducing active correction.

WHEN TO PROGRESS

Progress once skin feels calm, hydrated, and stable with no persistent irritation, redness, or sensitivity. At this point, skin is ready to build strength through controlled actives.

The Resistance Phase builds skin endurance. This phase introduces low-to-moderate strength actives to improve pigmentation, texture, breakouts, and early aging while maintaining barrier integrity. It conditions the skin to tolerate actives safely.

Skin HIIT is the high-intensity correction phase. It delivers advanced actives to drive cellular renewal, collagen stimulation, pigment correction, and acne control. This phase delivers visible transformation but requires well-conditioned skin.

WHEN TO PROGRESS

Recovery Mode is the reset and repair phase. It focuses on wound healing, inflammation control, barrier restoration, and pigmentation prevention. This phase is essential after in-clinic procedures or during flare-ups, stress, or sensitisation.

Progress once the skin has healed fully, redness has resolved, and sensitivity is under control. Recovery Mode can be re-entered at any time when skin needs rest.
